Thank you for shopping with Vinyl Flare! We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes Before Shipping: If you need to change the color or item in your order, contact us at support@vinylflare.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only before the item has shipped.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before shipping.

 

Final Sale Items

Incorrect Color or Item Selection: All sales are final when a customer selects an incorrect color or item. Please double-check your selection before completing your purchase, as we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in these cases.

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable due to their unique nature.

Gift Card Purchases: Items purchased with gift cards are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. We do not issue refunds for lost items; however, if the package is confirmed lost in transit by USPS, we will provide a replacement.

 

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

Defective or Incorrect Items: If we send you a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost.

To request a replacement, email support@vinylflare.com with:

1. Your order number

2. A description of the issue

3. Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item

Deadline: Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Items Due to Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist you.

 

14-Day Waiting Period for Refunds & Replacements

We do not offer refunds or replacements within the first 14 days after your package has been shipped.

This waiting period allows sufficient time for your order to arrive and accounts for possible shipping delays.


After 14 Days: Refund & Replacement Process

If 14 days have passed since your order was shipped and you have not received it or have an issue with your product, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: email us with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

2. Provide Proof: For damaged or incorrect items, attach clear photos showing the problem.

3. Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we will determine if you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by USPS, Vinyl Flare is no longer responsible for the package. If you did not receive your package, please:

1. Verify Your Shipping Address – Ensure the address provided at checkout is correct.

2. Check with Household Members & Neighbors – Sometimes packages are received by others at the delivery location.

3. Wait 24-48 Hours – Occasionally, USPS marks a package as delivered before actual delivery.

4. Contact Your Local Post Office – They can provide more details on the delivery status.

5. File a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS – If the package is still missing, submit a Missing Mail Request with USPS.


Note: Vinyl Flare does not provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. Any claims for reimbursement must be handled directly with USPS.


No Refunds for Installation Errors

We are not responsible for any issues that arise due to installation errors. Refunds will not be provided for damages or problems caused during installation.

 

Shipping Fees on Replacements

If a replacement is needed due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
